The annual conference and awards is held every March and provides a platform for recognition for any women active in business within a 20 mile radius of Banbury.
The conference is held in the morning where a diverse range of speakers cover a variety of topics. Each year the committee works hard to ensure that the speakers are relevant, inspiring and unique.
The awards follow and provide the perfect opportunity for local business employees, managers, owners and directors to promote & reward staff and businesses.
We finish up with a lovely lunch and plenty of time to network with like-minded individuals.
