Simon is an Accountant at Wellers, on Horsefair in Banbury. With a keen interest in positive psychology and personal development Michele’s passion is for making a real difference to people’s day to day experience of work.

Pippa Isbell is a business consultant with a wealth of experience, which she now shares through training, coaching and non-executive directorships. Until recently Pippa was Chief Executive of PRCo Ltd, the integrated public relations and digital consultancy, with offices in London, Paris, Milan, Munich, Dubai, Moscow and New York.
A qualified trainer, she also has a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching awarded by the Academy of Executive Coaching. She is certified to implement the leadership development and coaching tools EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360. In 2012 she was named Mentor of the Year in the Women 1st Shine awards.
Sonia Brown is the founder and Director of the National Black Women’s Network (NBWN); Let’s Talk Business and Sistatalk. Sonia has broad experience in business communication and project management as well as developing the business case of more innovative and forward thinking programmes for organisational transformation in diversity issues. She is an authority on many areas of business, leadership and branding/marketing, as well as supporting individuals to achieve success in all areas of life.
Sonia holds a MA in Marketing Communications; BA in Business Communications and is a certified NLP Practitioner. She writes the business page for the Voice Newspaper and contributes to a number of radio shows, magazines and newspapers on women, diversity and enterprise issues.
