Banbury Women in Business (BWIB) is a non-profit organisation that exists to help, advise, support and inform women who own or work in new and established businesses across the Banbury area. Through the delivery of quarterly networking lunches, together with an annual conference and awards event, BWIB aim to provide a regular forum where business women can:
• Build strong relationships
• Share ideas
• Work together
• Learn from each other
• Champion and celebrate successes
The group is guided by a committee of local business women.
Membership is free and open to any woman who owns, manages or is employed by a business within a 20 miles radius of Banbury.
We hold quarterly lunches at Banbury House Hotel where our members have the opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoy a delicious lunch and listen to an informative and interesting speaker who will offer proactive help and support on current and future issues facing business women in Banbury and the surrounding area under the new “How To” slot.
The highlight of our year is our annual conference and awards. Held in March, we mix great inspirational speakers with a fabulous awards ceremony, recognising the very best of Banbury’s business women.
